Dear Dan,
What a wonderful experience we had getting our new air conditioner! The young men and their supervisor were so polite and careful that it was a pleasure to have them in our home. They were so appreciative of everything we tried to do to make their work easier. Two of them, even sent a thank you note. And the air conditioner itself is so quiet, we can't even tell if it's running, except for a gentle cool breeze. We should have done this years ago!

I also want to add our appreciation for your obvious corporate ethos. When I called to schedule repairs, you were personally very pleasant and professional; you responded with a quick service appointment so we could reduce inconvenience and discomfort to our students and visitors. Your technician, Zach Rupe, was polite, helpful and timely and seemed to really care about getting us "up and running" again. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Susan and Kaycee while you were out, and they too were friendly and efficient. This pervasive corporate attitude certainly makes you stand out from your competition, and I commend you for it. We also look forward to listing The Dan Wright Corp. as a corporate friend in our next publication. We just want to say THANK YOU for the tremendoes service your company has provided to us. From the first technician that we met, to Mauro, and the techs that installed our new A/C. Just a note to let you know how thrilled I am with my new Heating a/c unit.
With your staff’s great suggestions to add an additional air return in my home and their clean and professional installation, I am saving a ton on my electric costs this year. I have attached a copy of my most recent electric bill as you can see last year I used 122 KWH/day compared to 50 KWH/day WOW. Our weather was a bit milder this year apposed to last, but that is a huge difference. We have been able to cut our electric costs substantially, and I can’t wait to do my taxes to find out how much we will get back with the rebate on that unit. Not to mention the $150 rebate we got on our electric bill the month after it was installed. I was told so many times how much I would save with a new unit, but seeing is believing!

Kenny Parr, Vice President, sets very high standards for his dealership. He is a man of his word, caring, honest, respectful and knowledgeable. He will personally answer service calls and visit our home attending to a problem when it arises. He always speaks and treats us as if we were family.
When we call the office, the staff that answers the telephone is also friendly and caring. Service calls are always made the same or the next day. The servicemen are always helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

I just wanted to drop a note to tell you how absolutely professional and courteous everyone at your company is. I have used you at my personal home to install a whole new system and for troubleshooting our current systems at my work place. From the person who answers the phone to the technicians that come out, they all are absolutely a joy to work with. Our most recent service call was just this week. The response was very prompt and Jose the technician was a super nice guy, and had us up and running within an hour. In this day, customer service seems to be a thing of the past. But not to you guys, customer service along with great technical service always seems to be your top priority. Thank you for that.

I recently had a new HVAC system installed by your company. I wanted to commend Chris Lincoln to you. As with any large undertaking there are invariably "bumps in the road." Chris was diligent to smooth these bumps out whenever they occurred. He was faithful to return called and even come by in person if need be. All-in-all, he performed as if he valued me as a customer.
