Service
Our fleet of 16 techinicians are N.A.T.E. Certified, Universal EPA Specialists, Puron Specialists, Comfort Zone technicians, TXV Diagnostics certified, and several of our guys are Healthy Air Experts, or, Certified Indoor Air Quality technicians.  Although we are Carrier CFAD dealers, we service any make and model of HVAC systems.  Dan Wright taught his men to practice honest service, which means we won't try to upsell you any unnecessary parts or repairs.  We know your time is valuable; therefore, we strive for punctuation in every service call.  The Dan Wright Corp. practices Dan Wright's very own "The 10 Best Things to do on Service Calls," and we'd like to share those with you:

Why is Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Important?
Indoor pollution sources that release gases or particles into the air are the primary cause of indoor air quality problems in homes.  Inadequate ventilation can increase indoor pollutant levels by not bringing in enough outdoor air to dilute emissions from indoor sources and by not carrying indoor air pollutants out of the home. High temperature and humidity levels can also increase concentrations of some pollutants.

While remodeling or improving the energy efficiency of your home, steps should be taken to minimize pollution from sources inside the home, either from new materials, or from disturbing materials already in the home. In addition, residents should be alert to signs of inadequate ventilation, such as stuffy air, moisture condensation on cold surfaces, or mold and mildew growth. These issues should be addressed either before or during the remodeling process.  Visit http://www.epa.gov to learn more information.

With Indoor Air Quality becoming more important to our customers, we now offer numerous products to help improve your home's IAQ, such as UV treatment systems, advanced air filters, and humidity control systems.  Let our sales professionals know your concerns with IAQ, and we'll help find the best products for you.
