Dan Wright, President, Owner
"I started The Dan Wright Corp in 1973, with no money and a borrowed truck. The first shop was located inside my garage, but with God's blessing, guidance and hard work we grew very fast. Our first priority was to the customer and I stressed the importance of the following guidelines: Clean technicians, Listen to your customer, be organized from the moment you start until complete and final exit, Speak in simple terms and be honest, Make eye contact, Work neatly and quietly. Leave the work area as clean as or cleaner than you found it. Do the whole job on the first visit. Do neat paperwork. Spell out the work you did. I have spent 50 + years in the HVAC business and enjoy seeing all the boys that started here in the 1980 become fantastic mechanics and men. I enjoy working puzzles, gardening, and spending time with family." |

Dee Parr-HR and Administration
As the daughter of Dan Wright along with my two other sisters we GREW up on HVAC after going into the "Corporate World" she returned to the family business and have stood beside Kenny in watching the business grow from 4 men and myself to the 42 on payroll today. She takes care of the entire payroll, finances, and overseeing the mounds of paper throughout the office daily. It is nice to have the ladies in the office now to help wade through it all and I often wonder will it every be possible to go paperless in the HVAC industry? She enjoys reading, gardening, teaching the 2-3 yr olds at local church and my family. She especially enjoys watching her once little girls, become adults. |

Needless to say Susan does a little of everything and keeps everyone going, with 40+ employees she has to go home exhausted. When out of the office she enjoys reading, baking, NASCAR and spending time with family. |
